1) Online application; Situational judgement questionnaire; 2) Booking Telephone Interview if successful (it happened about One month later for me); 3) Telephone interview itself; Competency questions; situational questions; "why TfL" questions etc. (the interview lasted 30min) 4) Booking your place at assessment centre if successful (this happened one week after the telephone interview) 5) Assessment Centre; It is consisted of: Group discussion, written exercise; presentation; SHL FastTrack exercise and Interview; The people are very friendly at the assessment centre, and the experience is good regardless of the outcome.

The process was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial online application, followed by a competency-based video interview. Afterward, I was invited to a final assessment center which included a group technical exercise and a one-on-one interview with a senior engineer focused on my project experience and technical knowledge.
