The interview consists of a number of questions based on how the individual would handle situational challenges. The individual is given a question and a set time to think the question through. When ready the interviewee can start the recording and answer the question accordingly.

Interview, presentation and Group task was the main part if the interview process. It was easy straigh forward questions for interview. presentation was mid level and group task was interesting
