The process was incredibly long, I received an email saying that an interview will take place during a specific week, and then nothing to confirm due date until after the initially scheduled week of the interview had passed. It was very difficult to contact TfL as the email from recruitment did not contain contact details. Once the interview was scheduled, the expectations were set out very well, however afterwards I haven’t heard for several weeks and all I received was an automated email to say that I was unsuccessful and no feedback will be provided. The whole experience was very impersonal and I didn’t feel like applicants are valued. I appreciate not offering feedback on every application, but it is uncommon not to receive feedback following the interview.
