The recruitment process is multi stage as you probably know by now.
Online exams > Classroom based exams at one of their offices > Role play > Scenario Based interview.
The best preparation is to just be confident in yourself.
The classroom based exams aren't too difficult in my opinion, just make sure to read and pay attention to instructions.
The role play is the most "difficult" part in my opinion, take your time listening to the actor, try and stay calm and if you feel yourself beginning to panic, stop what you're doing, go to the side and "read your notes" as they are pretty lenient regarding this. Reset yourself and go get em champ.

There is simply no way that your customer service personnel at the stations have undergone the same online assessment process and the assessment centre. I am now convinced the only way of securing this role, or any other role within TFL, is through personal connections – knowing a friend, a friend's friend, someone's son, daughter, and so forth that works there - entirely non-inclusive.
