You meet with both owners, they interview you and then you sit with a team member to observe the operation, take notes and learn all of the functions of the job and all that it entails.
They were a smaller company at that time so there was not a formal interview process and no HR. However, we are now bigger and have implemented processes and procedures. It's very common for a growing company, we adjust as we grow. Thank you for your feedback.
