The process involved a fairly informal telephone interview, shadowing a current nurse practitioner, and then likely dinner with the CEO of the company to discuss further. It seemed very streamlined, quick and as though the priority was ensuring a good fit in terms of personality.

The process was easy. I am a new grad and they were friendly professional and very straight forward. It was average interview with emphasis on experience and some explanation of the job.
