1 Phone interview to qualify technical and phone edict. If all goes well, an in person interview will follow 1 - 2 weeks later. My interview began with the Call Center manager and after 15-30 minutes, the Lead L2 Technician joined and asked some additional Remote Desktop and Windows Server questions. Immediately following my interview, I sat with current technicians and listened in on phone calls to make sure it was what I was looking for. After being hired I learned the feed back from the technicians on the floor from the side by side are also a large consideration as to whether or not someone gets hired.
