I would sum it as follows: medium difficulty. pleasant people. culture seemed open. everyone was on time. The interview started slowly, so I asked X about sports. This was a great ice breaker and helped to move the conversation forward. From here the conversation was very fluid and we finished speaking again about sports which were used as a metaphor throughout our interview. A very good experience overall. Is that not 30 words?
