I applied online and was provided some information: basic details of the position. I was then invited for a one on one interview about a week later. The basic interview went pretty well. I felt that I was overqualified for the position, as I have already had claims experience. I was then scheduled to take a 3 hour assessment (yes, 3 hours) about a week later. I have taken many assessments over the years and I thought this assessment was a bit overkill. The assessment assumed that you have already had experience in auto claims due to the complexity of the questions. Because of all the questions and no extra time between the sections, I had to guess due to lack of time. I found out about 2 - 3 weeks later that I didn't pass the assessment (understood since I had to guess on so many questions)....
