Resume submitted online, contacted by MGMT within the office to conduct a phone interview. 2nd interview was with middle management staff, behavioral questions as expected. I interviewed by two managers, and they were super intelligent, and to be honest it was one of my best job interviews ever. I felt so welcomed and both of the hiring managers, T and J, were super polite and helpful. at the end of the interview I was asked if I have any questions and the only questions I asked is How long both of the hiring managers been working for Travelers. Their answer was enough for me to answer more than 10 questions in my head.

The interview process involves an online assessment, a phone call interview with a recruiter, and then a 2 hour interview with three panels. The panel interview is broken into three panels. You'll meet with two managers, then two associates who are doing the role you've applied for, and then a meeting with two vice presidents.

Very efficient.
I had an initial interview with a recruiter.
Then did a lengthy interview which took close to 2 and a half to 3 hour max.
But it was getting all 3 phases of the interview process out the way in one sitting.
First did the standard managers.
Then went to talk with a team member/lead, and then wrapped it up with the director and VP.

A week later, the candidate completed an interview with the unit manager, peer adjuster, and director. About two weeks later, the candidate received a verbal call from the recruiter regarding the outcome. The hiring team decided to hire an experienced field adjuster instead of a field adjuster trainee.
