First, I completed an online timed test. I honestly didn't think I did too well because I didn't complete all of the questions before time was up, but about two weeks later I got notification that I had passed and that they wanted to interview me. I was contacted to set up a phone interview with someone from corporate. It was actually wonderful! The woman who interviewed me was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I got an email within a few days that they wanted to schedule an interview with my local office. That was set up for the following week. It was a Zoom chat with two of the supervisors at my local office. I was pleasantly surprised that they weren't doing pre-recorded interviews like some of the other insurance companies, and I actually had a great time interacting with both of them. Several behavioral (STAR) questions, but again they were so kind and friendly and gave me plenty of time to think over my answers so it wasn't nearly as stressful as interviews I did with other companies. At the end they asked if I had time for more interviews (so plan on a minimum of 2-3 hours for the whole process even if they tell you it will only take an hour). They had me get on a Zoom call with an employee who showed me what the work is like and gave me the chance to ask any questions. After that I interviewed with the VP of the local office. Again, he was very kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. I knew from the interview process that I absolutely wanted this job! An excellent culture. He said that it was a good sign that the managers had me interview with him. About 3 days later I received a call with a preliminary job offer (contingent on passing the background check). From the time I submitted my application to start date it was about two months, which was really probably the only negative of the whole process.

After you submit your application you will then do an online test for that position. The test differs depending on which position you are applying for. This is followed by a phone interview with the recruiter. A week or so later I had a zoom/teams interview with two unit managers. The questions are mainly scenario based. This is followed by a zoom/teams meeting with a peer that currently has the job you are applying for. This person will answer any questions you might have about the job expections and offer insight about the position. I then had the final virtual interview which is with top level management. The questions again are mainly scenario based. The whole process was extremely professional and everyone was very friendly.
