I recently had a conversation with HR, during which they primarily asked several basic questions to verify and confirm my personal information, background, and general details relevant to my employment record.
Travelers has a somewhat formal and technical interview about insurance industry and financials which I was not expected for a first round interview. I would recommend preparing for this type of an interview.
