Interview, well not interview, but process began by applying, then the next day, had to take and pass assessment. Once that was done, it took like a week to get email from recruiter setting up day and time for interview. Talked to recruiter, she asked what i knew about Travelers and one STAR interview question. Then decided I was qualified to interview with hiring managers, that was set for like a week out. Interviewed with two managers over zoom, they asked what i knew, and a bunch of STAR interview questions. Interview took an hour, they said it could be up to a week for recruiter to get back to me. She did like the day after or maybe two days after interview and officially offered me the job.
