Received an interview a few several weeks after submitting my application. Both interviews seemed to mainly be behavioral. Smooth process. Second round interview was in a larger group setting (with other Travelers staff) and was more casual. Great experience!

Overall not too hard and straightforward. Behavioral first-round with general questions, and three one-on-ones meetings for second round interview. Be prepared to talk about Travelers, and aim for STAR interview responses.
