Very long process, wish I was given the heads up of time length. First round is with a recruiter, but the next step was a 2.5 hour interview with tons of "Tell me about a time when...." That goes about an hour, After this you then meet with a peer that shows you their system. Lastly you meet with the director and answer some final questions
