The recruiter liked my resume. Scheduled a call which went really good. She told me she would call me back at the end of the week with next steps. Completely ghosted me. Total liar. Unprofessional move. Job sat in status in Workday of "Under Consideration" for about 2 months. Then it just went to closed.
