The process was good and simple questions were asked. The people talent team were friendly and polite too. Informal conversations in the first and second stages were formal with the departmental director. Both interviews were conducted on Mircosoft Teams.

The recruiter sent an email for a video screening. When it was time, my video wasn't working but she was not deterred. It was an engaging phone call and told me a lot about the company. Then I interviewed in-person with the hiring manager and 4 peers. They asked great questions about my experience while acknowledging and giving feedback to the answers I had provided.
