Multiple pen & paper tests on Java knowledge like Garbage Collection, data structures etc.
Emphasis on way of thinking and not so much the solutions themselves.
There was also a ~1hour interview with HR & team members

Did the orignal 5 questions through testDome, got rejected then they reached out to me about another role with no specific details on it at all, just saying it's similar to what the other role was. Asked me to come into their office to do a "pen and paper" test, testing core java and writing effiecent code.
it had 6 questions. Once completed a snr Dev comes to review the answers.Simply checks if it's correct or not and helps you come to a correct solution, No real disscusion on why I did something the way I did and did not offer an oppetunity to ask about the role or ask questions.
Once completed I was escorted out.
This could've been done online, what was the point of me traveling to their office to ONLY do a test, I didn't even get a chance to speak to anyone about the company or ask questions, not even a tour of the office. wasting your time.
