They give you an assignment to create a PowerBI dashboard which will take up 2-3 days of your time and then they don't bother to even look at your assignment. The HR reaches out to you with great urgency and asks you to complete the assignment on time but does not bother to respond when you submit it.
The process had four rounds: technical screening, live coding, system design, managerial discussion and HR round. It focused on React performance, Node.js architecture, database optimization, problem-solving ability, and real-world project experience.

Interviewers were prepared and friendly. Th interview was heavily competency-based (i.e. "Can you describe a time that you..."), and they were very willing to discuss the needs of the role, team and business.
