The first interview was with the HR person lasting 30 min., the second, was with the IT hiring manager for 45 min on the same day. The interviews were standard types of question or review. However, HR failed to ask if any of the past jobs were contract positions (paid by recruiter) versus temp positions with said company.

Colloquio
I applied online, and the HR person invited me to the office for an interview. I first interviewed with HR mainly to discuss my background, then with two people in IT to discuss my process documentation experience. After the interviews, I was asked to provide a procedure and a network diagram, which I spent a lot of time creating, and submitted the next business day. If I were hired, they would require a drug screen and a background check, and confirm that your Travis accounts were in good standing.
A month later, they posted the job again. They never tried to communicate with me after the interview, so I felt like they wasted my time, and were just looking for free consulting advice. Note: They first posted the job as a full-time position, then a week later as a temporary position.
