I applied back in May 2024 (Yes, I am the previous review) and came second in the process (Yes they went as far as checking my references), so when their first choice didn't work out and left I expected to be contacted. I was not. Job requirements had not changed. When I reached out to the hiring team, I was told to reapply, and then I was rejected without interview.
