I showed up and filled out an application, then I did the cognitive exam. The interview was with 3 people but none identified themselves as my direct supervisor. They had called me for the Test Engineer position, but they decided to also consider me for the Control Systems Engineer position so they asked questions pertaining to both. They also focused on my previous experience. It went ok, but they seem to be looking for someone who has a lot of experience and can wear different hats. The distribution plan is in McKinney, but the engineer will work in a "top secret" location in Plano. I used the job description to brush up on things but they didn't ask for any of that. They also didn't ask me very many questions directly addressing my personality.
