I was recruited by a third party medical recruiting company via MedReps.com. Initial interviews (2) were phone screens, during which basic questions were asked (resume, prior experience, etc.). Secondary interviews (2) were face to face - asked to sell the system and procedure. Tertiary interviews (3-5) were face to face at corporate headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, wherein they fly you down to meet with company executives. Nothing but positive things to say about this company. They are looking to hire great reps!

The interview process is lengthy, but the recruiter and hiring manager were always in contact. The screening interview was done over the phone with the recruiter and then one virtual interview with the hiring manager.

-Was referred into this role by a tenured rep. After saying I was relocatable because I wanted to work for this company and pay my dues, more or less was told not to apply to roles in other areas because I was in the drivers seat for this role. -After a month and a half was told I was basically overqualified for the territory, but perfect for Treace and will be referred to other managers. Meanwhile other opportunities had closed. -Overall I felt like I was given lip service by hiring teams and led on, would appreciate more transparency and constructive feedback whether I am a fit or not. By the way, rubbed your rep who referred me the wrong way too.
