I send my application via a LinkedIn job offer. I was called over the phone by the HR acquisition specialist to have a first 30min discussion. Then i had several meetings, each of them being well organized by the HR team (phone call to arrange each meeting + calendar invitation + details by email), with quick answer at each step of the process.
