1 technical round, 1 techno managerial round and 1 HR round of interview. Offer was not released and Hr ghosted me. I tried multiple emails and phone calls. Unprofessional behaviour from the organisation.

Overall, it was disorganized and unimpressive. The industry standard for technical and coding interviews is to use something like coderpad or hacker rank. In both interviews I had questions pasted into a chat, was asked to write solutions in a notepad/IDE that I launched while sharing my screen, and had to make my own data. This is a god awful candidate experience. I would suggest avoiding Tredence if you are a data scientist. Clearly they are cutting corners on recruiting costs - who knows what else is subpar once you join?
