Screener call with HR first. Then meeting with the actual hiring manager, then meeting with team. About 10 people total. It was the most technical of them. Then an offer letter.

My experience was not a process, it was a series of last minute phone calls with the exec team. The CRO missed my scheduled interview 3 times and when I was able to connect he told me he was watching his son's lacrosse game online so he might be distracted.
This experience was par for the course during my tenure.

The recruiter showed up almost 15 minutes late, then proceeded to pitch the company by talking about how great the pet insurance coverage was... A second interview was scheduled and no one showed up. Hurry up and wait, then get ghosted. They expect employees to work an unlimited number of hours for compensation that is well below the market rate. They've got excellent pet insurance though!
