I had to go through multiple interviews and phone screens. I had a tour of the plant to see how the plant ran. I met the VP and Plant Manager. I was able to talk with leaders and employees on the floor about the how they perform their jobs. I was able to compare and contrast my previous experience with the position I was interviewing for, It was a good interviewing experience,
