I was contacted by a recruiter who thought my resume fit the job requirements. I was further screened over the phone and was told that I would interview with the hiring manager. This part took awhile because the hiring manager is based out of another location. All-in-all, the process took three weeks. The interview was a professional and comfortable environment. Gave a run down of the job description and further elaborated on what my daily duties would be. The interview was pretty standard, and more so competency/experience based. Not your typical STAR format, and more or less using interpersonal skills. After the interview, I sat down with someone higher in the company. The environment was professional and stress free, and they wanted to get a feel for me to see if I was an actual fit, sans qualifications. I felt like I was able to develop a pretty good rapport with both of them, and I'm excited to get started with Trend.
