The first phone call, i did not expect. I answered it (entirely too) casually-- and they brought me in for an in person interview. The initial conversation lasted maybe 30 minutes. After that went well, they had me do a very short skills test based on a popular and well documented development problem. I began later that day.

When I first started, they were in need of a person to fill a technical and creative void. They were interested in what I could do and how I would go about doing it. There were no trick questions.
