First you go to HR. Then they take you to meet whatever managers are available in your department. Then you go back to HR. If you got the job you get a phone call. Then you return to HR to do final paperwork. Next you're ready for orientation.

The interview was set up similar to "speed dating," so each person interviewing was able to interview with each unit for 5 mins each, and then transition to the next unit. I liked being able to interview with each unit, but as I now try to weigh my options between offers, I cannot remember which unit was which during interviewing.
