The interview was casual and informative. There was an initial interview with the President and HR department. A detailed description of the company was provided and I was asked questions regarding my background. I was made to feel comfortable. I was able to ask penetrating questions and the President took as much time with me as was necessary to address my questions sufficiently. I was then asked to come back and meet with the ownership team. Again, it was very relaxed and follow up with quick. Overall, it was about 2 weeks from the time I applied online until I received a job offer.
