Very misleading job posting. First I needed to complete a writing sample which had very specific instructions, but was pretty standard if you're familiar with SEO copywriting, except that it also required keyword research. Once I passed this screen, I was given a phone interview. The position seemed to be full-time in the Cary office, but when I got on the phone with the interviewer, she informed me that it was for a remote, contract SEO copywriting position with potential to be hired for the main office. The requirement? 40 pieces per week, with lousy pay when you consider that each needs to be 450 words or so. That's essentially a piece an hour if you only want to work an 8-hour day. There are much better freelance opportunities out there. Ridiculous, and a waste of time.
