It was a working interview. I showed up for a six hour interview where i would greet customers and interact with them. This was to see if I was a good fit for Tricked Out Accessories.

I sat with the regional manager over the store, and we talked about my plan to turn the store around. It was a fairly laid back interview. I knew that i was qualified for the position, so i was very confident. He seemed to know that i was the guy for the job, and was impressed that I went the extra mile to write up a plan for the store.
