I conducted a phone interview followed by 2 in person interviews. The first in person interview was with the person in the role I was applying for and the direct supervisor. The second interview was with the VP and Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. Each interview lasted about an hour. Emailed them after 2 weeks of not hearing back to learn that I didn’t get the position.
