the interview process has a written test,gd and then PI round. Although Trigent software promises a lot but finally they call to bangalore for a final client round and the clients are not at all intereseted to select you. in the end one will remain empty handed if depends solely on trigent.

They had a 3 step interview process - Firstly being aptitude test. Then, GD followed by a face-to-face interview. The whole interview process took about a week and the interviewer was very genuine and calm by nature.

It was third party opening and interview and all was conducted at client - Accenture 1 day process of interview. Easy questions and low salary. Not feasible for long term as company doesnt pay heed to any request.

Trigent in my case actually worked as a consultancy hiring for oracle they conducted written test and gd after getting shortlisted you have to go to oracle company itself to complete next set of interview which was again the same written paper based then gd tr hr. I got rejected from tr but people who have moved to hr also couldnt get selected beacause the hr was very rigid to hire.
