Quick phone interview--> then 1:1 with Director of Manufacturing with a mini-quiz--> panel interview with 3 to 4 managers and leads, which seems a little overwhelming instead of having each person come in for 1:1 interviews.--> tour of facilities--> wait 3-4 days for a phone call if you got the job or not.
