Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Trilogy Enterprises (Portland, OR)

      Colloquio

I applied, spoke to a very nice recruiter for 10-15 mins, and then was offered the next interview (as soon as same day) for a sales rep role cross-training in management. I took the interview for the following Monday, and did a zoom call with a very busy manager (who was in her car wearing a polo - the only reason I mention this is because I was told to dress business professional and be in a professional location). The interview was 20 mins, and had less to do with my experience and more to do with how the company worked. If I’m being completely honest, it seemed like the person interviewing me wanted to be anywhere else. Ultimately I was told I’d get a call later if I got the role, and when I was offered I was told that I would need to hop on another scheduled zoom call to go over the offer. This felt strange, as in, why not just send the offer letter and schedule a follow up if I’m even willing to accept the terms? Ultimately, it felt iffy. I applied for trilogy and then was offered a “management trainee” position at AT&T. That’s a sketchy job offer at the best of times…
