I had an interview with a scheduler. (Maumee oh). He asked me about attendance and service standards, what my expectations were with the position. I actually cried when I heard all the ways they assisted employees and the additional programs they offered the employees. It is a great company, I am still employed.Then I had a four hour job shadowing to complete to make sure it was a position I was interested in. I did have to go out and buy beige pants and a plain white shirt, and I didn't know if I was going to be offered the position yet. After that I had an interview with the executive director. Everyone was very professional. I was offered the job.

I was told I would not have to take any call or work weekends. After I started, they tried to change the schedule I was promised, and I ended up on call.

Spent about an hour discussing the position and the company. Friendly management. From what I saw, seems to be a nice, clean facility. Due to Covid restrictions, could not tour facility at this time.

I was interviewed by both the DNS and ED . Both the DNS and ED made me feel comfortable , welcomed and appreciated. They also made the whole process fun. Which in return now I feel comfortable going to them if I need assistance.
