I came in for a 9am interview. 6 people and 7 hours later I left. Received an offer the next day. The interview had been scheduled initially with two people; the internal recruiter that approached me and one hiring manager. The interview escalated into multiple meetings consisting of 1 - 5 people in the room at a given time. TMW has a strong focus on not only skill-set but culture as well. While the interview process was extensive it was relaxed at the same time.
