The interview process was lengthy. It started with the CEO. Interview lasted about an hour and he was transparent about their issues with employees and what he was looking for in a candidate. On a separate day, another set of interviews with 2 other partners / managers and they were able to also give some information on their challenges with the other employees. In the end they changed direction for the position and didnt get the job or perhaps I dodged a bullet on that one.
