The interview process is currently being improved and becoming more structured, so my experience may not be the same as everyone's. I was contacted by the CEO, who conducted an initial fit interview with me to ensure I was looking for the same things the company offered. I then had a series of two case interviews, one over the phone and one in person at the head office. I was given an extremely detailed example of a practice case interview. If you read and follow this example, you should have no problem with the case studies. While at the head office, I also performed an Excel test, completed a smaller assignment (essentially a resume summary), and had an individual interview with the COO. Everything was clear to understand. As long as you can listen and follow directions, you should have no problem.
