Phone interview, several rounds of in person intervies & cases. Standard consulting interview process. The HR staff was response and communicative throughout the process and everyone I met with was professional and welcoming. I interviewed with some junior staff and senior management as well. I definitely got the impression that this was a well-organized and thought-out process.
