Sounds like we can make some improvements on our end in terms of communication/expectations of when to hear back from us, so that's something we will work on. I'm surprised to hear that the process took 4+ weeks - if you are starting that from the time of application, that is most likely due to the fact that we don't review resumes on a rolling bases - we review once our application period ends. If you started that timeframe from when we initially reached out to invite you to interview, then I apologize that it took longer than expected - we try to expedite as quick as possible as we know that makes a difference in your experience.
