Interviewed early January. Had a phone interview, and then an office interview. There a was lack of communication between the phone interview and the outcome. And then there was lack of communication between the office interview and the rejection until 3-4 weeks after probing. Overall, it was a very disorganized process. From my conversations and tour, Trinity partners seem to be very homogenous (which is a complaint I had seen in the reviews section on Glassdoor along with bias). Not sure how I feel about this place, also Trinity has rarely broke into the Vault rankings system. Wondering where this firm is truly heading long term ... it seems to be a bit too complacent.
