The interview process felt more like a sales pitch. I understand that it was a fully commissioned job but the obsession with with the job itself and trying to sell job didn't allow for a very personal interview. They did not seem patient for answering questions related to job lifestyle. They also seemed very hungry for people that wanted to make an absurd amount of money or thought they could. I did not like the greed mentality.

First, there was a quick phone interview and then I went in for a morning meeting, it seemed like a great work environment, but was unfortunately not compatible with my lifestyle. It seems you can make a lot of money if you put in the work.

Set in a private office with the Hiring Manager, I was fully informed on benefits, compensation, company rewards, and even some of the nuances in the office. I liked how comfortable it was. The questions for me were pretty basic as per a sales interview, and he let me ask many questions for myself, of which he answered in full. It ended with a proposed time for a call later that night, letting me know whether or not they would let me on the onboarding process. Concise, clear, and actually kind of fun.
