      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Trinnovo (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di apr 2022

      Colloquio

The interview process was quick and easy. 3 rounds, lovely women to talk to. The process took 3-4 weeks, after they offered me a job and I told them that train prices went up and asked if i can change the working week from 3 days in the office to 2. They were rude and condescending back. I got my salary thrown in my face multiple times. After secretly chatting to a few employees, they let on that working over your hours is often required. They have a contract that you must sign to be employee that allows them to give you more than 48 hours of work a week. During my first stage call I was told that "A few people do work from home more than live further away". So i thought my request of 3 days a week WFH would have been reasonable. But no. Unfortunately they have have a very old fashioned idea of culture. You have to be in the office for their to be "culture" apparently. They promote a work-life balance but after talking to other people that work there, that is apparently a big lie and you're expected to make work your highest priority. It's a shame really. A progressive company isn't as progressive as they make out.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us your feedback – we’re always looking for new ways to grow and develop, and your insights are valuable to us. We’re sorry we couldn’t come to an agreement about your work-from-home days – we are completely transparent about what we expect from all our employees, and in your particular case, this was three days in the office and two days working from home. We feel as though a presence in the office is healthy for our company culture, especially for new employees, although we offer more WFH options as you progress throughout the company. Changing this would mean changing what the role required of all our candidates. We did agree to a salary increase, and we tried our best to accommodate your changing needs, but the distance you would need to travel for work was too big of a stumbling block for both of us. Creating the ideal work-life balance is a crucial part of what makes our company culture so enjoyable to be a part of. By breaking from tradition and investing in our people, we’re able to develop an inclusive culture that works for every individual. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any rudeness or condescension whatsoever. If you wish to discuss this in more detail, please contact our marketing director, Helena Sullivan, at Helena@trinnovo.com, we’d appreciate your feedback. Thanks for interviewing with us, it was good to meet you and we wish you the best of luck in the future.
