The interview itself was fine, with non-technical questions, and more about how one would fit in them company. I was told I would be a good fit and they made sure I had no other employment opportunities lined up, and told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks to hear back for the second round of interviews. 4 weeks later I still had not heard anything from them, so I emailed and they told me they would get back to me the following week due to an extensive amount of people who had applied. Fair enough, but they could have kept me informed on the process. 8 weeks after the interview, I still have not heard back so I emailed them again, when they finally answered it was to tell me that they had gone with another candidate. The negative outcome in itself is part of the game, however, we all know how it is to be job hunting, never receiving any answers, but when an interview is involved, the least one can do is keep the candidate updated when there are delays, and the candidate should not be the one to have to ask for the outcome 2 months later. Very disrespectful.
