I applied online. Antony viewed my profile the same day and scheduled calls via Email. First call was with him and was just informational. I was then sent a link to a test that was a combination of mathematical, situational questions (I recommend to take the test in a quiet room). After that, the second interview with the VP for Customer Success was scheduled. The VP was nice and accommodating. The interview was about my job experience, why-this-job sort of questions. At the end of that week, I was asked to make a 10-min presentation about a topic of my own choice (it is really anything). Also, the presentation was mentioned on both interviews. I had about 10 people who listened to my presentation. It helped that they talked about their presentations before I started. We were laughing and that helped break the ice. So, I was less nervous when I presented. There was only one question after it and was an easy one. (But it depends on what position you are applying for. Two weeks after I started I was able to attend one of this presentations and there were questions that were a bit hard to respond to, but the applicant was able to answer them). The VP will then have a quick chat with you after the presentation. They will then discuss with the employees present during your presentation, what they think about you/your presentation. The next day, I was offered the job and started about 2 weeks after that.
