A Recruiting Manager found my resume on Monster, and called me to see if I was interested in an entry-level Account Manager role. He explained the position details over the phone, asked a few general questions to gauge my qualifications (Have you worked a desk job before? Do you have an interest in recruiting?, etc.), and arranged for an onsite interview that Friday. Onsite, I did a panel interview with the same Recruiting Manager and the Campbell, CA Branch Manager. They didn't ask many questions -- about 85% of the "interview" was the Branch Manager explaining the company's mission and what a typical day on the job looked like. They asked a few questions to gauge what frustrates me, and how I would handle difficult situations (standard job questions), but that was about it. I was offered a position onsite, and I told them I would follow up by Monday evening. I ended up declining the job, but I did feel that they were helpful throughout the process.

30 minutes and was pretty easy. Just pitched them on myself and sold them. Then got hired. Used AI to do research and prompt my responses. Good place to work
