Coming to tripod technologies,the interview pattern is pretty simple,First there was a written test(offline) in which questions related to Java,Quality Assurance,basic Reasoning and quants were there followed by Email Writing,note here Email writing plays a vital role,you have to write effectively .
So after 30 mins the results were declared.
